Technically you can use any T-fitting, including one like the MB Sturgis Sturgi-Stay T-Fitting for POL Valve # 103537-MBS before or after your propane regulator. The correct placement and T-fitting is going to depend on what you are trying to hook up.

There really isn't a significant difference between the MB Sturgis Quick Disconnect Kit part # 104052-401132 and the Camco # CAM59853 as they both perform the same function.
We do have the MB Sturgis Quick Disconnect Propane Adapter part # 401132-MBS which has a male 1/4" NPT model 250 quick-disconnect fitting but you would need to use an adapter to convert the male 1/4" NPT to a male 3/8" inverted flare which we do not have.

I wish I had a better answer for you, but the Camco Quick-Connect to Quick-Connect Propane Hose # CAM57280 at 3 feet long is the only propane hose we carry with the male and female quick connects. I spoke with my contact at Camco and he confirmed that there is not a 10 or 12 foot version of this hose.

Your BBQ grill likely has the 1 lb propane connection which means you can use the red cap from the MB Sturgis Quick Disconnect Propane Hose # 100476-48-MBS for your application. The red caps aren't available separately otherwise I would just recommend one of those.
